Gastrointestinal issues suck. They're awkward to explain, embarrassing in public, and can be the cause of some major social anxiety. I find it frustrating to be assaulted by symptoms that negatively impact daily life but are considered socially unacceptable to discuss. So here's my open forum, my GI diaries.
